The lender of eny Credit is eny Finance AG, based in Zürich. At the same time, eny Finance AG reserves the right, as a loan broker within the meaning of the Federal Act on Consumer Credit (KKG), to forward users’ applications to our lending partners via the internet, by email or by fax/post.

• The annual percentage rate is, depending on creditworthiness, between 4.90 % and 9.90 %.
• Loan amount: CHF 1,000 to CHF 250,000.
• Term: 6 to 120 months.

Granting a loan is prohibited if it leads to over-indebtedness of the consumer (Art. 3 UWG).
