eny Control — your customer area
eny Control is the customer area of eny Credit. Customers can see the status of their loan, their instalments and their contract documents. Sign-in takes place at portal.eny.ch using the e-mail address given when the contract was concluded.
What you will find in eny Control
- the current status of your loan and the remaining balance
- your instalments and repayment schedule
- your contract documents for download
- your contact details, which you can update yourself
How to sign in
- ‘Sign in with the e-mail address from your contract; set your password via «Forgot password» on your first visit.’
The address has changed
eny Control was previously available at secure.enycredit.ch. The customer area is now at portal.eny.ch. Old bookmarks no longer work — please update them.

Call us on 0848 460 000, Monday to Friday from 09:00 to 12:00 and 13:00 to 17:00, or write to [email protected]. Please have your contract number to hand.
